How to join

Click on the [Sign Up] link and complete the form in order to create your account. Once your account is created, you can immediately benefit from our membership privileges such as discounts and reward credits. Also, it saves you all the hassle of filling out your billing and shipping information every time you place an order since you can save your information securely on our site.

How to order

Order is processed as below:
Step 1: Search for products.
Step 2: Add products to your shopping cart.
Step 3: Log in with a member ID or non-member order.
Step 4: Fill in the order form.
Step 5: Proceed with payment.
Step 6: Complete the order and you will see the order number.


We accept the following forms of payment:
- PayPal :

The deposit confirmation is automatically made in the shopping mall system.
If the payment is not confirmed 24 hours after the deposit (based on the date of entry), please ask the Q&A board to confirm the payment.
If the deposit information you entered at the time of order is different from the actual deposit information, or if the deposit amount is wrong, the deposit may not be confirmed.
If the deposit is not confirmed by the next day after the deposit, please ask the Q&A board to confirm the deposit and we will confirm the deposit as soon as possible.


  • Shipping Method : Parcel Service
  • Shipping Area : A Region.
  • Shipping Rate : Overseas Shipping: Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the ordered items’ weight.
  • Delivery Time : 3 - 7 days
  • Except for dolls and custom-produced products, it usually takes 1 to 5 days (except holidays) after checking the deposit. Sometimes there may be no products due to inventory errors or defective products, but in such cases, we are asking for your understanding by contacting you before shipping. In this case, you can exchange or refund it to another product.

    Doll production takes about 60 to 90 business days after checking the deposit. If you apply for a makeup option, it will take about 2 to 3 weeks more. (excluding weekends and holidays)    
    The delivery period after the shipment varies depending on the country and region. Also, if it is returned due to the reason that we have not been able to contact you, we will pay for the return fee, so you have to pay for the shipping cost incurred when the product is shipped again.    
    We will contact you in advance by email regarding the delay in delivery due to the seller's situation. You can check the delivery status at "My Account".

    - Customs and Duties

    The recipient will be held responsible for international shipments which may be subject to import duties and taxes. Please be advised that these charges are levied by the destination country and we do not have control over them. In the case that the recipient refuses to receive the parcel, the order will be returned to Korea and will not be re-shipped. Relevant expenses (round-trip shipping, customs, etc.) will be deducted from the refund.

<Exchange or refund is possible in this case>
- If the delivered product differs from the specifications (size or color) shown in the site’s detailed information.
- If the delivered product is cannot be used because of severe damage.
- In the case of the customer's simple change of mind. The product's parcel should be no sign of opening and the product remains delivered at the first time (However, you have to handle the all round trip shipping fees.)

  All the products can be returned or refunded within 7 days of purchase in the same condition as the original delivery. 
  In addition, in the case of exchange and return because of product defects, BJDCROBI will pay the full shipping fee. However, in the case of exchanges and returns because of your simple change of mind, you must pay the full shipping costs.

- If the product is damaged or contaminated because of the customer's responsibility.
- If the product has a sense of use due to the use and consumption of the customer.
- Where the value of the product has decreased significantly over time to the point that it is difficult to resell it.
- In the case of the customer's simple change of mind, when there are traces of use or damage on the product.
- Custom-produced products like BJD dolls cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed to other products after 10 days of order because of a simple change of mind.


The order will be automatically canceled if the payment is not made within 7 days of the order completion.
If you made your payment through PayPal, we will give you a refund. it may take 1-3 days complete the refund.
We inform you that after 10 days of order, the product you ordered cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed to another product because of a simple change of mind.

All the products on the site will be charged a certain amount of points upon purchase.
You can use points above 3points.
It can be useful from the next order after the first order.
